Japan robot Kirobo says hi from ISS, ahead of arrival of Expedition 38


Footage released on Wednesday 5 showed the first humanoid robot in space, Kirobo, floating aboard the ISS ahead of the arrival of Expedition 38.

Kirobo took off from Japan's Tanegashima Space Centre, to be a companion to Japanese astronaut Koichi Wakata onboard the ISS. "Mr. Wakata? Did you leave yet? I can't wait to see you!" Kirobo said in the footage
