Two men at opposite sides of the world have got pulses racing by cycling across the Hudson and breaking bungee jumping records. Judah Schiller has crossed the Hudson River on a waterbike, becoming the first person to ever ride a bike across the iconic waterway.
He said of his adventure: "It's the perfect commute. In the time it takes to to buy a ticket for the ferry, sit on the ferry, get off, do all those things ... Again, a little bit of infrastructure, this could be even easier and certainly cheaper than riding the ferry."
In Australia, Jay Phoenix has broken the world record for the most bungee jumps in 24 hours. In a little over 21 hours Phoenix completed 150 jumps from a 40 metre platform south of Brisbane in the Australian state of Queensland. Report by Louise Hulland.
