A Chinese company is using a giant 3D printer to mass produce houses. The WinSun New Materials Company says it can print ten a day at a cost of under $5,000 using a mixture of cement and construction waste. Although the walls, structure and bases are made entirely using 3D printing, the windows, furniture, roof, and other add-ons are made from non-printed material. WinSun has released a video showing the process at work, but has so far refused to allow reporters to visit their factory to see the machine for themselves. Report by Jeremy Barnes.
